Not crazy the way the badges came out. Would love a monochromatic set but heard getting the front badge off is a ton of workBadges from Savage or something custom? Great looking, btw.
Don’t you just pop it off with a car trim tool? Some people say you can go behind and remove half of the radiator shroud but pretty sure you can pop it off and lose a tab or two on the original one.Not crazy the way the badges came out. Need confirmation on this…Don’t you just pop it off with a car trim tool? Some people say you can go behind and remove half of the radiator shroud but pretty sure you can pop it off and lose a tab or two on the original one.
Yeah I got the base ones for my manual from savage, still nervous they won’t fit lol but going to give this a shot this week.@Drozboyz I can confirm that. The tabs holding it on can be snapped off with very little effort. (I did so to two of the tabs unintentionally.) You should be able to get to them with a long thin screwdriver and get them to pop off. Otherwise, skinny fingers help. I didn't remove any parts at all to swap mine.
Key thing is to make sure you order the right P/N. For the 4, the manual and automatic have different badge sets. Not sure on the 5.
Would love to see a quick breakdown for the 5's just like you did for the 4.The P/N for the OEM Cadillac CT4-V Manual BW monochrome emblems is: 84773627.
The P/N for the OEM Cadillac CT4-V Automatic BW monochrome emblems is: 84670241.
Took it off in 3 minutes could have been faster but I was talking to my kiddo.Need confirmation on this…
