Quick question.

Soon I will bring my 2022 5BW into the dealership for an oil change. The car only has 8700 miles on her. Should I be changing the brake fluid after 4 years? I have heard to have this done as good maintenance .

Every five years as long as you aren't tracking it.

You need to look at the manual more closely. Right here on page 415

I would caveat that, 3/yrs max for good maintenance with no track time in humid climates. Brake fluid is highly hygroscopic and will inevitably absorb moisture through hoses and the reservoir. I never go more than 3/yrs even in a dry climate, but that’s just me.

I live near the ocean and we have above average humidity levels. I think just for shitz and giggles, I will do a brake fluid change. Even though I only have 8700 miles in 4 years, the car will be getting its 5th oil change soon.
