P219A code 26 5bw

Went to take a ride this morning can engine light came on when leaving the driveway with p219a code my reader says, thoughts?

I went to look up the code and came across this short video detailing some of the possibilities.

I think I've read of fuel injectors or plugs on the 5BW causing some low mileage issues.

Has had code come up 3x in 9xx miles, dealer looked at and consulted with Cadillac technical support. New injectors and fuel rails scheduled to be installed. I could hear car running when i was at dealer thinking they sent log to support as at that time light was not on.
