It’s labeled as a dealer confidential doc, so no unfortunately. I’m not exactly sure why, but it probably has to do with GM being a publicly traded company, as it contains future production data? Just a guess.

Update on this! I talked to Rob about it and started a pinned thread called "Blackwing Constraints Tracker", which I'll try to update every Thursday. I can't give out all the info in the reports, but at least can list what's on constraint for ordering any given week, so any sensitive info like production quantities and timing will be left out.
