New 23 4BW owner

HI. I got one! I had ordered a 5 but its been a year, so when a 4 showed up on the showroom floor I took it. I'm very happy so far. I haven't hit the 500 mile breakin yet tho. I want to put in a dash cam since mine didn't have the PDR in it. Any ideas for a quick place to tap in to power and ground? thanks!

Guys are hardwiring radar detectors into the power that goes to the rearview mirror. You could maybe check out one of those threads in the Blackwing General Discussion forum.

Welcome and congrats on the 4BW!

The thread mentioned above for hardwiring a radar detector will tap you in to 12v power, if your dashcam takes 5v USB then I would look elsewhere for a power source.

Thank you both! I will check any/all sources with a meter first. I just didn't want to start pulling panels for no reason in a car that seems to have very tight panels (finally GM, no rattles!)
