Lowering a 2026 5BW with Performance Pack

Hey everyone - first post here, but I'm hoping someone else has run into this issue and can help me out.

Had a 2026 CT5-V Blackwing delivered about 6 weeks ago with the Performance Pack. Ordered a set of aftermarket wheels from Terrance and a set of Eibach springs directly from Eibach. Had a local shop attempt to install the springs and discovered the front springs wouldn't fit on the struts - the perch collar on the '26 is too small for the Eibach springs to nest properly into. The rears fit fine. The shop I used went back and forth with Eibach and came to the conclusion something changed from 2025 to 2026 in the front suspension. Eibach even changed their website the same day as my attempted install stating their springs only work for cars produced through 2025. I'll work with Eibach on that, but my bigger question is whether anyone's aware of any changes made to the front suspension between 2025 and 2026. And do I have any options for lowering springs for my 2026 5BW with the PP?

I doubt there is a difference between 2025 and 2026 in general. More likely is no one has yet tried to install Eibach on a 2025 to give them the same feedback you did. Difference could also be due to the Precision Package.

One thing you can do is see if the spring perch part numbers are different from 2024 vs 2025 vs 2026. And then also 2026 PP vs non-PP.
