Lower deflector damage and replacement

Has anyone replaced one of these? Looks like it’s part number 84590904. Can it be replaced without removing the front bumper?

I accidentally scraped up my driver side winglet/deflector but have no idea what the part # is for each side

They appear to be held in place by two small bolts that go up into the bumper above - I think they were Torx but I could be wrong on that one

Appears some bumper disassembly will be needed as there are more screws/clips from the top. Each side has its own part number with the above being the right side.
