Killing time while waiting for my order to arrive

Just killing time until my 2025 CT4V BW 6MT order arrives at the dealership. Car was produced about a month ago and it's still sitting on a lot in Michigan waiting to be delivered to Dallas. Any guesses as to how much longer it will be?

It's been taking about two months or so after production. At least I'm hoping that's the average based on folks' experience here.

You might be able to get it delivered faster if you go to a Children's Animal Farm to talk to and feed some goats. They might be able to help you out. Now that Jack Cooper Transport has lost the contract , who knows how long it will take.

From MI to TX was one month for my car. Allocation secured March 4. Built week of March 17. Delivered April 22.

Complete crap shoot. My car was built 3 weeks after securing allocation and sat in Michigan for nearly 5 months.

Feeding some goats is probably the right thing to do.

Now we don't get any of that. GM will give you at least three different ETAs depending on who you ask now. After production the car's essentially go into a black hole and you don't REALLY know what's going on until it is offloaded at the destination railhead.
