Issue with Corsa valves closing in Sport/Track/v mode when decelerating

Anyone install Corsa Extremes and have an issue with the Valves closing in Sport/Track/V mode?

Valves also no longer open on cold start.

Tried to perform the Valve Relearn and no luck.

Anyone have any idea what the fix could be?

Scanner shows the position at 10% then goes to 80-90%.
Valve state shows out of range/ unrecognized state…

I installed a Corsa cat back set up on my 2024 CTS5V BW and immediately had valve issues and check engine light.
Tried re learn, and hard reset everything, finally after 40 ish days I told Corsa send me return label this stuff is coming back.
They immediately said hold on we have a new valve set up for the car and sent me 2 new mufflers, installed them cleared the codes all good.
Now even in race mode, when i pull out (Manual) and or back up for some reason car will get quit and then they' reopen. I assume it's something with Timing and back pressure needs? just a guess
Do you HAVE CEL light?
but when it starts, they are wide open, to me it sounds like you have about same issue as me, the old mufflers would not open correctly 1 would 1 would not, in race mode 1 was wide open other about 60% and they would close when car was shut off.

Any update on this issue? I have a 25BW and got the Corsa extreme put on in January. It was working as expected up until last weekend and now the valves open and close on their own regardless of drive mode. Before this, if i put it in Vmode or Mymode the valves stayed open all the time. I haven’t gotten a CEL though. Were you able to get yours straightened out and if so, how?

My tuner said it was normal so, I’ve been left unsure. I’ve been driving it in V mode to get the most out of it.

Damn, that’s unfortunate and is certainly NOT how I’ve experienced the exhaust since January. I’m going to try the relearn tool and see what happens and if it doesn’t work I’ll call Corsa.

Keep me in the loop. I’ve tried the relearn aswell to no avail.

My 2024 6 speed closes them when it needs back pressure and timing line in 6 th gear on hwy they close till I step on gas enough to open them. Also driving and say 3 rd gear and I lug the motor they close or in a down shift at low rpm they close. All normal

Maybe I can understand some of that but this isn’t what’s happening to me. Mine almost just cycles through open and closed with no rhyme or reason. Even in touring it will get loud even when keeping the same rpm. None of this was happening before.
