V-Series Cadillac(s)?
2025 CT5-BW, 2022 CT4-BW (Sold)
Local dealer reached out to me about sending him a build as they will be sending new orders to Cadillac soon. So now I'm in a dilemma as I'm torn between following combos. My first choice was Typhoon but after seeing Coastal Blue in person, I really like it as well. Also, it seems to be more shinny unlike Typhoon which in lower light seems almost flat. My previous BWs have been Electric Blue and Red Tintcoat and my current vehicle is Red.

Coastal Blue with cool sky gray/carbon back delete, red calipers and seat belts. Standard n/c wheels and upgrade to Apex VS-5RS in Anthracite. Wow.......what a combo!

Ooooo...Carbon brakes, CF seat backs, PDR........nice! I approve
No need for Carbon breaks. Plus I do not want black interior so I'm going to order one. That will also give me more time to enjoy my current ITS :)

Red and green are complimentary colors meaning they provide the strongest contrast. That is why it is a classic pairing (along with blue/orange and purple/yellow).

I would go Typhoon with red calipers or Costal with blue calipers. In either case go with bronze wheels. I dislike black wheels as they blend with the tires and look like one big wheel.

I agree with your assessment on black interiors. Good to have some tan or grey to brighten things up.

Some real-world photos to help you visualize.

I have owned two BWs with Cool Gray seats (mid level) and after checking out all the other options, I still think that they are the best. In the higher level, there is less white so it's a nice break from all black without being too much.

Found one with similar specs as I want. I'm kinda liking Bronze wheel combo with blue.

I actually have the blue calipers with the dark wheels and love it . Looks really nice and different. I just think the red would really pop with the bronze wheels... But of course--> your car... your happiness is all that matters

Go with the coastal blue, bronze wheels, blue calipers. I didn't know how the blue calipers would look in person back when I ordered in 2021, but when I later saw them at Spring Mountain that became the only regret I had in my build. I think they look great in person, and are much more rare/special.

One thing I noticed about the blue calipers is that they are the only ones with white logo/letters. The white stands out more than the black.

Unfortunately, my 6 year daughter just totally vetoed the brown interior. According to her... "it is not our style and it looks disgusting" :) (whatever that means).

So looks like here is what I'm going with
- Coastal Blue
- Bronze Wheels
- Blue Calipers
- Cool Gray Semi-Aniline Seats (with CF back delete)
- Red Seatbelts (cannot miss those extra 5hp/seat belt)

I still approve 🤣 I would have gone with the Tan interior had I ordered my car. It really breaks up the black. Good luck, plus it'll be a 2026!

Coastal Blue with bronze wheels gets my vote too.

Did you ever actually own the electric blue? I thought you walked from that one before buying it. Killer spec, I do remember that!

No, I did not get the CT5-BW in Electric Blue because by the time Cadillac got their act together, I had moved on to Durango Hellcat and eventually to TRX. But I did own one of the first 250 CT4-BW in Electric Blue and CT5 had identical specs, other than bronze wheels and higher trim seats.

Believe me, I put TAN multiple times but just couldn't convince any of the kids to like it, specially the youngest one was totally against. Also, can't argue with her argument that since she will be sitting in the back, she gets to choose the color. ;shrug
