Head Sock or Balaclava Suggestions?

I need to buy a head sock, also called Balaclava apparently. I will be doing a road race so I need something that will help with moisture/sweat. I have a full face helmet that will be on for a while at a time. I am hoping there is something that can reduce the chance of fogging the visor up. Fire resistant would also be nice. What do you all recommend?
