General interior aging and wear

I’ve had my 5BW for about a year and am starting to have a very slight rattle coming from the center console when gradually accelerating from a stop. I also recently started hearing a less frequent rattle coming from the driver seatbelt retractor. Neither of these is particularly bothersome since they’re pretty low (and I pay more attention to the V8 symphony most of the time anyway). That said, rattles are something that make me lose my… shirt… over time if it gets loud enough.

My googling found that similar rattles have happened to others, but there are also many folks who say their Blackwing are like bank vaults. That got me wondering just how common these sorts of issues are. Has anyone encountered any quality issues with their Blackwings (leather, interior trim, rattles, etc) as time has gone on? I’m also curious about anyone’s experience with higher mileage cars since I’d love to keep this thing for as long as I can

I have a 22 with 20K miles on it. I would not call it a bank vault but definitely no persistent squeaks, rattles, or other unusual noises at this time.

Same. I have a 23 with 18500 miles and nothing persistent or annoying
