Door edge guards (invisible or otherwise)

I use my brain.
Well obviously this post was not meant for you... just us brainless types. 🤪

I do understand what you are saying however. The car my BW is replacing I purchased new 8 years ago and it has zero door edge issues.

(Hmm, perhaps I have a brain after all...🤔).

But, the sticker on that vehicle was also a little less than $140K...

I recommend the chrome door edge trim so you can signal to others that you and your New Balance sneakers still know how to get around an AutoZone accessory aisle.

I think the go-to preemptive move is PPF with a dash of gray matter for how and where you park.

Yea, but our kids don't.
Mine has a piece of PPF put on the door edges. It has taken a few nicks, from what I can tell.
This is why I trained my kids with the shadow rule. If you're shadow can touch the car, you're too close. Also why they are only allowed to ride in the trunk.

Mine came with some sort of dealer protection package that included color match vinyl edge strips. They're thin and barely noticeable. I think I had a clear aftermarket version I applied on my prior V3.
