CT5-V Rear Brake and Rotor conversion to CT5- BW

If I buy a set of rear Blackwing calipers and rotors from someone who upgraded their CT5-V Blackwing to the 15" brake conversion kit, will they bolt right up to my car? I know I'll need wheels with enough clearance for the larger calipers, but beyond that, should the swap be pretty straightforward. I will have no need to upgrade the fronts since they are already 6 piston.

Hey!
You should check on the parking brake system. Non-BW use a rear single caliper system while the Blackwing use a dual caliper setup (a second caliper for the parking brake), so the sensors and connections may be an issue.

Thanks I will have to look into that and appreciate you responding. Not a ton of information for the CT5-V TT it's all about the Rocket Blackwing.

Just in case you are interested, the 2019 ATS V Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines fit the CT5 V TT!. I have them installed on mine and is a direct bolt-on. Check my post on the subject. ZZ Performance has them at a great price!

Nope! It was a nightmare! First to get the P/N, not even the Cadillac Dealers has it! Then even worst trying to buy it! I placed the order and the GM Parts Dealer cancelled the order because couldn't get it! On the other hand, I saw a video on You Tube of a CT5 V TT with the BW Strut bar and the top cover of the V6 is rubbing the bar, didn't like it! So, since I'm at driving distance from BMR Suspension in Lakeland FL, I'm planning to visit them and check-fit a 6th Gen Camaro strut brace as both cars share the same basic chassis. We'll see!
