As anyone who has tried to find a winter tire setup for the stock 5V-BW wheels knows, there isn't an ideal solution available. Through a bit of trial and error in coordination with my local tire shop, however, I was able to piece together a viable solution. I drove this set through this past winter, approximately 3,000 miles of mixed conditions, and was very happy with the performance on dry, wet, and snowy/icy roads. Got me to the ski hill and back many times without issue! I've unfortunately since sold the car and need to clear out the garage.
- Front: Michelin Pilot Alpin 5 - 275/35/R19 - 9/32" tread depth
- Rear: Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 - 295/35/R19 - 8/32" tread depth
