You're only paying 27k for this shade of blue if you weren't planning on getting CF1/2/semi-aniline seats to begin with.
CF 1/2 are like $14K and the CF seats are $8K, right? If so, that's a $4K charge for the color and exclusivity. I don't think I'd do it personally, but certainly not as bad as it looks on the surface.

CF1/2 and the seats are the bulk of it, but this package also includes the graphite wheels, blue seat belts, black mirrors, black lug nuts, wheel locks, and blue calipers. And, unless you were planning on getting a white car, you would be upcharged for paint anyway. You are definitely paying a premium for this specific color as part of this package, but, it's not a giant upcharge unless you are cross shopping a base spec car (or at least one without CF1/2 and the fancy seats). Opting for this package also presents an opportunity for an allocation where one would otherwise not exist.

FFS, did you actually read the thread before posting? It’s like an extra $800. And guarantees you actually get a car before production ceases. Remember, some Yukon Denalis are pushing $115k right now - not a good time to expect things to be “a deal.”

FYI, this is a more clear Cadillac guide. Here at Sewell Cadillac in Dallas, we try to get every allocation we can. Usually they put these special edition orders that include the carbon fiber ahead of other allocations that have carbon fiber.

200 of the exact same spec/color isn't very limited in the context of 5BW production.

Can confirm many options available including ceramic brakes, precision package, suede steering wheel, etc

The color may not seem as limited being 200 vs the total production but, the build will be hard to find as well. You will not find many that have everything on them. I have a customer who's build has everything and it will be here soon, but he ordered in September 2024.

I would love to know how many 5BWs of each color have been made. Even polarizing colors like cyber yellow surely have more than 200 units made.

Are those the same belts left over from Le Monstres?
Seems lighter color than the darker Le Monstre belts. Le Monstre almost look purplish when I saw it first hand.

Searching the registry yields 64 Cyber yellow '23-'24 model years. I don't think it captures the entire production, but you get the idea that the polarizing and one year only colors are low volume. So, deep sea being limited to 200 isn't in and of itself all that unusual in our BW world. If you like the color and all the farkles, then by all means sign up for one. I certainly did for my BDT and love it!
