I have the white and black seats. What can I use to keep them clean?

I have the sky grey seats. I use the Chemical Guys leather cleaner but there are many others. I will be coating the seats with Geyon Leather Shield ceramic coating, but there are other good coatings. Blue jeans will transfer blue dye to lighter leather.
