CT5-V CFV: Functional Or Aesthetic?

Hey folks -

I'm spec'ing out my unobtanium so I can sit and twiddle my thumbs waiting for it. I'm curious about the CFV option, which is the second carbon fiber option. Does it add aero functionality where there isn't any? Or is it a replacement for existing trim pieces? Again, I'm not concerned with CFZ (aka: CF1). That gets ordered, no question, given track duty for the car.

I think Mirza has said in the past it is just for appearances, no additional aero.

CF1 is functional, CF2 is for aesthetics

I believe they work together in reference to functionally, and you can't get two without one..
