I took a photo of the QR Code on the door jamb & got a list of 3 digit codes which I presume are the RPO option codes. How do I decipher these codes?

How does that differ from an official build sheet? I would think a build sheet would have a lot more information, based on my experience with other cars.

If a build sheet is different how do I get one? From my searching it appears GM no longer issues these. Or has someone found a way?

Thanks

A build sheet is typically just a list of the RPO codes-no explanations.

You can go to the vehicle order guide to look at RPO code meanings and more.

Thanks for the info.

I went through all my codes & 15 do not show up in the Order Guide or Updates. I found a couple other online listings and several of my codes don't show up in them either.

OTOH, one listing I found showed multiple descriptions for several codes, for example:
A2X Seat adjuster, driver 10-way power including lumbar
A2X Seat adjuster, driver 8-way power
A2X Seat adjuster, driver, 12-way power including 4-way lumbar
A2X Seat adjuster, driver 16-way power including lumbar and massage
Appears they're not differentiating between different makes or models.

Any other websites that you can suggest?
In the meantime I'll keep searching.

I don’t know if this is helpful, but I found this site shortly after buying mine and took screenshots of all the options. gmbuildcounts.com

The 2025 CT4-V series is no longer on the Cadillac website. However you still can do a build-it for a 2026 CT4-V manual BW but not the automatic.

I was expecting a more comprehensive listing because the build sheet for my Charger was almost 4 pages long & appeared to list everything, from Acoustic Front Door Glass to Illuminated Rear Cupholders.

I got the BW codes pretty well sorted out. For the codes that there not in the Vehicle Order Guide listing as posted above by shbox, I did a Google search & AI came back with answers for them. Then compared that to the “decoder dot com” listing which has a lot of duplicates which I’m presuming are for different GM makes & models.

Most of those codes missing from the Vehicle Order Guide listing probably are not important for consumers. They included things like “Vehicle Type - Passenger Car” and “stands for Component Front Right (RH) Non-Computer Selected Suspension (or similarly designated as a front right suspension assembly/component tracking code on the factory build sheet).”
