No, those are the isolators. Shipping blocks going between the spring coils to prevent squat. If I'm not mistaken, I think they are only on the front.

My car did not come with these - the 25's were shipped on private carriers and I guess they never bothered to put them on?
 
Your dealer should have removed them during their PDI. If you didn't ask the dealer to save them for you, they were probably tossed in the trash before you took delivery.
