Anyone know the best way to get an OEM Blackwing part?

I've had a damaged front grill since June. There's been an order out from the Cadillac collision center for a replacement factory grill for going on 4 months now. I know there's gotta be a way to force the issue and speak to someone directly to get a new grill sent out to me because it's holding up my other repairs too (paint, ppf). Anyone have any contacts? Email/phone/pigeon I'll entertain any options.

You most likely will want to call customer service and get this escalated.

Sometimes emailing the VPs and presidents of Cadillac will have the ball tossed down to the appropriate people to expedite you. The emails are found on the website.
