I realized an AC line was rubbing against the condenser pulley. Zip tied the line to another line to pull it back. I was holding the line back in the first photo. The protective sleeve around the line got rubbed through. I would recommend checking yours if you have a 4BW. Mine is a 2023, 1,600 miles.

Went out to check mine and it's still intact, but super close to the pulley. I would think that with enough engine movement, it may rub.

Mine seems to be just as close to the pulley and belt, but there is no indication that the belt has hit the A/C line.

Thanks for posting this. I went and checked mine and I have ~1/4" clearance between mine, but you're right, that does seem strangely close. I may add a zip tie in there to try and pull it away a bit next time I'm getting my hands dirty.
