Saw a white or rift 5BW driving the wrong way down one-way Caroline St. in Houston this weekend. Hope it and everyone in/around it survived the night.

I cross shopped the two and went with the 4BW (I was not able to drive either before buying). For me it came down to (i) style - clear winner in this category is the BW, (ii) transmission - by all accounts the manual is better in the BW, (iii) feel - again, couldn't experience for myself but...

I'm getting under 15 in city/stop and go highway driving in my 4BW. The rare times I drive a substantial distance on the highway outside of rush hour it ends up around 22.

50% sides and back, 70% windshield. No issues with the HUD or polarized glasses with the windshield tint. Very happy with how it came out.

Hadn't seen any until today when I came across three. A black 5 downtown, an electric blue 4 in the Heights, and a white/rift 4 on the highway.

My polarized glasses dim the HUD but it’s still visible most of the time. I’m more concerned with how the tint would mix with the HUD/PDR and the glasses.

Anyone with a clear ceramic windshield tint have any issues with the HUD or the PDR? With polarized glasses?

Following closely - have an electric blue 4 going in for tint on Friday.

I’m also coming from and M and I like the button to open (nice to know 100% that it’s unlocked) but it’s taking some getting used to. One thing I do miss (unless the car has it and I just haven’t figured it out) is being able to swipe the top of the handle to lock the car.

I’m also in SW Houston but not quite as far SW. Maybe we’ll see each other around - with this color I will be hard to miss.
