I've ordered my vanity plate, but apparently PA takes up to 10 weeks which is insane to me. Hopefully it comes sooner. I went with WUT MPG. And if that's taken then my backup was just BAD MPG

Yeah, honestly, I'm not sure the logistics or how some are being delivered before others. I'm not exactly sure when "mine" was built though since I sorta intercepted it after someone bailed on their order. It does have the carbon seats though so it has to be an olderish build
