Has anyone found a recovery hook for the 5V BW? I've been using the factory supplied hook but would like something a little better looking. The Camaro hooks do not work. Diameter and threads are different.

First mod I'm interested in is aftermarket wheel setup as well. I'd like something that allows the brakes to be more visible and fill in some of the gap to the rear fender especially when aligned with more camber for autocross. The bronze 6-pot calipers are so beautiful but you cannot see them...

Jump to about 5' mark to see me get my ass kicked. I would never compare the cars in any other category than straight line acceleration. The BW is in a whole different class. We weren't able to get any road course or auto-x this season, but we will see a different outcome there.

Maybe a novice question but is the ECU just dynamic enough to recognize and fully accommodate this or does it really not need to do anything more than call for more fuel with the extra air? Ported blower is a pretty easy and safe 60whp it seems if everything else will hold up without a 'proper' tune

I’ve been happy with those on my SS too. But I can’t find a setup that will work on the BW. I don’t need a true snow tire so these would be a good tire for me.

Trying to revive this thread. Has anyone found an all-season that will fit the stock wheels on the 5BW? Winter is coming and I can't find a tire. I've given up hope of finding a set of winter wheels so I just need some all-season tires that will get me through the winter when I want to drive on...

Do you have such stickers or have you found anyone that is making them yet? I'd def want something subtle but visible.

Crappy photo but here is my Redline 360c using the CT5-V Blendmount and Mirror Tap for a C8. I did not do the install. Paid a pro that has done several C8s. He said it is the same wiring and pinout. Works and looks perfect.

My son and I will be driving 'our' BW down to Vegas (6 hour drive). He'll be joining for everything but the driving because my cheap ass ain't got $4k for him and he is car poor. They have a deal where he can stay, eat, and join the classroom sessions for almost nothing.

Kind of the opposite of BMW's that seem to not come equipped with turn signals. Makes sense. :giggle:
