Those are for bore sizes different from the wheel to the wheel hub. I think he is looking to replace the Apex center caps with the OEM's. Not sure there is a kit available but I also remember another member here that found some on amazon and was able to trim them to fit properly.
Welcome to the show. If by chance you have a pic of that '56 Belair I'd love to see it. I too was in HS in the 90's but didn't get my Belair until 2011.
I traded my loaded 22(minus carbon brakes) last November for 90. It had about 4500 miles at the time. Same situation as yours. Hardly driven, never saw rain or snow only sunshine.

Just like a good picture, it's all about the angles. My 30+ years of driving experience in Chicago has taught me to always pay attention. My '23 IMSA is still mint on the bottom of the front lip after 40k miles.
Another vote for Apex here. I couldn't be much happier with mine.
Also to the OP, the original images you shared are not of a BW FYI. If you're using the images to try and guage offsets and fit, that isn't the best solution to use.

Seriously, that's the way I've always done it from a helmet to a scuba mask. Spit on it and wipe it down with it.
In winter when sledding with a motocross style helmet I use a balaclava with a beak that directs all your breath out from the bottom. Not sure if anyone makes one...
