I run ceramic pads on my performance cars to eliminate brake dust for street driving. A good set of ceramic pads will eliminate brake dust by 80 to 90 percent because it sucks driving 10 miles and the wheels get filthy. Ive never had an issue with iron rotor and ceramic pads.

Carbotech pads are great. They make all kinds of variations too. I used them on an Alcon big brake kit that I put on a B6 S4 I had.
