The 4BW is geared much taller than any 6-cyl BMW M-Car, (190MPH) so that might be why it feels sleepy compared to them at the same speed.

I suspect that unless the M5 is a special edition of some sort, the CT5 will hold its value better, especially if it is a manual trans CT5.

It's a CT4-V but it doesn't matter - I was just SUPER happy to see it (or any modern Cadillac) on TV!

5BW wheels are a bit wider iirc so they will poke out and rub a little compared to 4bw wheels. Someone correct me if I’m wrong…?

Of course the dealer wants you to take what they have on the lot. If you look around you might be able to find a car out of state though (what I ended up doing) - and that is probably the way to go if the dealer won’t build you your car. And spending this much money…you should have it EXACTLY...

Has there been any testing/dyno work been done to see if the different exhaust modes have an effect on horsepower? Like, does “stealth” cost horsepower over the loudest mode? Maybe @WONT TAP knows…?

There is a software update for the phone issue. Next time you take it in to the dealer they should be able to help you with that.

Some folks have been removing the OEM muffler for more noise so I’m wondering if that is what happened to your car. Maybe try adjusting the different exhaust volumes to make sure all of that is still active…?
