I like the sun visor cover site. If anyone gets some from them, please post what color you matched to. I just used vinyl as my wife has a Cricut so cutting is simple.
Covered up the airbag warning labels. I bought matte black and matte dark gray vinyl. The dark gray was not dark enough so I went with black. Not perfect but I like it better than the bright warnings.
You could use a plug’n’play harness to provide power. Something like this:
https://www.gen5diy.com/collections/cadillac-ct4-p-p-harness
I assume the camera has a USB-C port for power. The version above has just bare wire, so you would need to graft on a USB-C port. You could reach out to the...
I know the CF front spoiler is different from the base one but it does not look that much different where I would think Cadillac would also want to have front tire deflectors for the street. But I am just a rando on the internet and not an engineer so lots of things are beyond my understanding.
The front tire deflector are held on with four T15 screws per side. The owners manual says to remove them for track use (which I assume applies to both iron and CCB). I can see how they would reduce air flow to the control arm deflector.
I had the same issue with the site a couple of days ago. If you have, VPN, try a new location or turn off to see if it is actually down. That is what fixed it for me.
Thanks for the info. Weird that GM has not issued the same guidance for Precision Package 5BW as they come with Cup 2R tires that I would imagine are similar to the Goodyear 3R.
Is that only for the ZL1 1LE or all ZR1?
Since the 5BW also has the same LT4 engine, I am wondering if the same recommendation of 15W50 should be true for 5BW that see track use.
I contacted the same company. I also never heard back other than receiving an obviously AI generated email when I asked if their Covette spacer would fit a CT5.
I agree that more telescoping is definitely needed for tall people. I would be in for a well designed spacer like the ones from that...
Reviving this thread as I will be bleeding my CCB next month before that start of track season and wanted to verify the procedure. I will be using a Motive bleeder. Here is my summary of what to do:
1. Disconnect the battery
2. Clean the area around the brake fluid reservoir
3. Bleed left rear...
I plan on hitting 7 different tracks this year. All on the west coast. Except for Spring Mountain, I have been to all of them before but 5 of them will be new to me in a BW.
Here is a good thread about the PP ride quality.
https://www.cadillacvnet.com/forums/threads/precision-pack-ride-quality-analysis.6520/
My recommendation is to get it if 1) you do track and back road driving or 2) if you were planning on getting the CCB, at which point it is only an additional...
The fronts are the same BZ-61 calipers. At least according to that diagram. Rears are obviously very different.
I just looked and GM has different part numbers for CCB vs iron calipers. The prices are nearly identical. I believe the difference is just the graphics on them. Both have the V logo...
