The OEM wing is held on with double sided tape. You will need to use a piece of fishing line to remove it. There are posts about it here and on videos on Youtube. The AC wing will mount to the trunk with 4 bolts after you remove the liner. This video should help.
Problem with magnesium is that they're only 2-3lbs lighter than a good forged aluminum wheel, and they're more brittle so its possible to crack them, and they typically cost a good bit more than forged aluminum.
If you're a track fanatic, then lighter wheels might make good sense but I would also argue adding 50hp more would give WAY more benefit for MUCH less cost unless you're still under warranty and trying to retain your warranty, but then again, track sessions could void that anyway.
