I need to repalace one of my rear tires on my 2026 5 BW due to nail near sidewall. Car has 5,700 miles with original tires. Street only. Do you guys see any issues with the ELSD with one new tire and one that has 5,700 miles on it? Thanks.
Ashley has always been on top of things with me.

To do this manually do the following:
1. Set drive mode to whatever you want
2. Hold down the traction control button near gear shift for about 10 seconds and both traction control and stability control will be OFF 100% with both dash lights illuminated.
I have issue #2 as well in my 2026 BW and hate it. I now just leave all alerts on now and they rarely go on in a bothersome way. I don’t think this is a legal issue because I could turn them off in my 2023 BW
This video was shot at Bradenton Motorsport Dragstrip (Florida) where he is part owner. It is about 20 min from my house and is, actually, a really nice strip. He put some money into it last summer.
Ha ha. I can beat that. GM replaced the whole car for me. My 2025 five Blackwing developed an electrical/computer issue that the dealer could not fix. They tried for about six or seven times before GM agreed to replace the car for me. I now have a 2026 Blackwing five that is working...
When I change the collision alert menus from alert and brake to just alert then stop and restart the car all settings return to alert and brake. Anyone have a fix for this? Thanks.
I replaced engine oil, diff fluid and manual transmission fluid for the first time at about 1500 miles. Having the exhaust set on quietest mode will technically reduce performance but you will probably never notice.
From all the chassis dyno runs on these cars I have seen on the web I’m pretty convinced that the 5 BW is underrated by GM. I think about 700 crank HP is more accurate.
