The ridiculous $220 per hour labor rate is just pure greed. (Almost all the dealerships around here charge the same.) I will avoid the dealership for maintenance as much as possible.

The Cadillac/ Chevrolet dealership that I mainly use......just completed a new building just for the Cadillac side of the house. That is probably why they raised the hourly rate from last years $190 to the current $220 per hour. The customers need to pay for the new building.

I'm lucky that I have about a dozen Cadillac dealerships all around me. The main one I use, ticked me off when they said that an extended warranty would cost $3800. I got it from macMulkin in NH for $1800. Also, their hourly labor rate is $220 . Ridiculous !

Today, our Tri-State Cadillac V-Club members went for a beautiful fall drive up the Hudson River around West Point area. Put over 225 miles on mine in one day....a new record!
