Mine comes with all the hardware, but not the clips from GM. They appear to be hit and miss for availability, so don’t want to be caught up in their supply chain issues. If you have some kind of connection though let me know

Thank goodness! The tape was mostly for the OEM fitment, since the spoiler is meant to be raised off the body. The double sided is not intended to be waterproof though. You want air to be able to get in there to dry out any water, and also for water to be able to run out and avoid puddling...
