There might be a trunk escape pull, inside the lid, man. I think I read in the manual if someone gets trapped. Or if your lid is stuck closed with no power you'd have to crawl through the back seat. But that pull lever. might check it.

I havent tried mine yet. Is the trunk lining easy to get out? Does yours look wired like this? Anyway, hoping yours somehow got miswired so they can get it sorted. The build on mine looks to be top quality.
