If you've opted for one in the past, no reason not to get it this time unless you track the car and need headroom. In regard to quality, it's comparable to all the other ones on the market at this price point.
In the CT4, only the climate package has cooled seats. No climate package no vents, so it should be just a harness swap from what I can see. I don't believe the climate package is available with the base and mid seats.
I had to look it up. Here is what you get for the Anniversary Edition (120 units) that you don't get with the standard Blackwing. Would it be possible to see pics of these unique items?

Awesome car. There's nothing else like it from GM. I need to wait until my kid is old enough to ride in the front seat before considering a Corvette.

I never knew aftermarket paddles were a thing. After a Google search looks like they're between $150 and $380 for CT4/CT5 compatible sets. Very easy to install if you've removed a steering wheel. Looking forward to more first hand reviews with videos.
I almost bought this exact car when GM had their annual 15% off promotions. Ended up with a ZL1. I wish I could have afforded both.
I've never seen one with low mileage like yours. I hope you get you get your asking price. Not many V8 manuals with decent back seats.
