Sorry that's the wrong shop and misunderstanding... I have attached an actual picture of the actual shop and the work they did on a random vehicle. Please disregard that previous picture because I got a misunderstanding/confused with a different exhaust shop.
I don't really like modifying my cars but I think the ct5v blackwing really needs an exhaust upgrade because it doesn't sound as good as my c8 ZO6 vehicles. I dropped it off to my local and reputable exhaust shop and they're going to give me a quote on a full custom exhaust job without throwing...
I dislike sunroofs on sports cars and performance cars and it just drives me crazy when I see all these black wings with them... This is me but I understand a lot of people probably desire them.
Have you thought about applying epoxy to your entire garage floor? I had a fellow neighbor and a friend invest in that and it looked awesome. I may do something similar down the line perhaps.
Nice choice. That must have cost a pretty penny. I was checking out the Ford bronco raptor recently...
Hope you have an enjoyable experience and glad to have you.
I was extremely skeptical of the ct5v blackwing for the longest time. I held off from purchasing for at least a couple years or so. Even after the test drive, I wasn't sold. Now that I push the vehicle a little more and the engine much more, it's a beast that a CTR will never be able to...
Thanks for sharing. I think I would rather have two or three black wings over a GT3, and make one dedicated track car and then one for daily driving and maybe the third just to keep on hand in the garage. Porsche vehicles no longer have the value in performance for the money these days...
I have c8 z06 vehicles and also ct5v Black Wing together. I don't have any experience with the c7 since the c8 was the first time getting into a Corvette. If it were me, I would keep both the c7 Z06 and also go for the ct5v Black Wing. If you can't do that right now, then wait it out or give...
It's not as bad as it sounds but it's there slightly. Wheels are dirty and you probably can't see it as good. I must have gotten too close to a curb of course despite being as careful as possible with these fancy cars.
I'll see if I can post up a picture or two later on when I come back to...
The next level upgraded seats were worth it for me since I wasn't a fan of the base level seats but I haven't tried those base level seats at the same time so I guess they would have been okay as well... Maybe.
I'm a big guy too but I've been trying to get back in shape so I could stay comfortable in my current Corvettes. The Corvettes are worth staying in shape for. ; )
+1 on those pictures whenever you come around to it. Congrats on your decision.
Welcome and good on you for making a responsible decision for the sake of your family and children. I admit that I'm the opposite sometimes. Good luck on searching for the performance parts to keep your excitement going.
I would keep what you have unless you just want to try something different. I used to have a 23 Honda Civic type r. I found better cars so I'm not going back to that one. The small fuel tank on the CTR was annoying along with feedback from my kids that the car was simply geeky.
