    New CT5-V Blackwing Owner

Excellent. Congratulations and welcome. My 5BW is a great car. My only suggestion, that I offer to all new owners, is to apply acceleration smoothly. A sudden application of all 668 hp will make it try to swap ends. (don’t ask how I know!)

“Open the pod bay door, Hal!” “I’m sorry Dave, I’m afraid I can’t do that”

I was never in the military. I was in the Air Force.

Excellent. Well done. I’m 86. The only thing I can get under is a blanket.

Ok. I flew the 757. Beautiful aircraft. It would climb like a rocket. But that was a long time ago in a galaxy far away.

I’m not a mechanic (and I didn’t play one in TV), so the best suggestion I could offer is to take it to a Cadillac dealer’s service center. (rcole757? Did you fly one or is that your birthday?)

    Melon totals a 1LE & buys a Blackwing.

Nice. I don’t know what they do to get that bright shade of blue.

It’s fun. Don’t fly anymore but it was handy when I did.

It’s a 2800 foot airstrip, from which I flew my Beech 33. Official name “George P Shanks airport”. FAA designation 54TA. My home and hangars on the west side.

Thanks. My TX tag is “0260N4S”. Zero to 60 in 4 Seconds. Did you check Google Earth for 54TA?

    ‘23 CT4 V BW Sebring Edition

Nice. Welcome. 830 miles. It’s not even broken in. Enjoy your ride. My only suggestion is that acceleration be applied smoothly. If you “stomp down on it”, it will try to swap ends. (Don’t ask how I know)

    New Blackwing owner

I am also old. I also have a 2022 CT5V Blackwing. It’s a nice little car and the acceleration will water your eyes.

    New 2024 ct4 blackwing owner

Congratulations. My only suggestion is to apply acceleration with caution or it will try to swap ends.

Coming from 6th Gen Camaro ZL1 to 2023 CT5-V Blackwing

Welcome and congratulations. It’s a nice car. Over enthusiastic application of power will try to make the back tires become the front tires. Tread carefully.
