Yes I got the same ones. If I recall correctly I used the tabs to help me place the film and then removed them with an xacto. But you could also remove them before installing. At the very least I know I didn’t take the side markers off the car to install.
Ok so now I'm in a weird situation. I finally got my front rotors and pads replaced. The shop I went with told me they were ordering OEM rotors but "accidentally" ordered GiroDisc and put those on. Is there any reason I should NOT want the GiroDisc on my car? I realize they are less expensive...

I've always thought my MPG was "low" on the Trip computers (Trip 1, Trip 2)... I reset Trip 2 and noticed it was in fact trending well below the numbers on the "Fuel Economy" screen.

It was actually done by a body shop that repaired a paint scratch for me. I asked them for advice on the CF scuff, and they did the taping while it was there as a courtesy. So I’m not 100% sure. But I think electrical tape would do the trick!
@sethsquire (and @bigE1844) I scuffed mine like three weeks after getting the car and got a recommendation to just put matching black tape on both sides rather than replacing. You can barely tell the tape is there, and it’s easy to switch out if a new scuff occurs. I don’t even think about it...
