Aren't Camaros built in the same factory as the blackwings? I've been snooping over on the Camaro forums (I've owned a 3rd and 4th gen before) and it seems they are going from built to delivery much faster - or at least that is my perception. People with cars built in May with delivery...

I reached out to my dealer last night. They got in contact with GM this morning and my CT4 BW received the missing microchip and is now waiting for QC check. At least it's some progress!

It was mid-Feb, but then took another month for it to actually get built. It seems though that Cadillac/GM is starting to move quicker now.

It's been 4 - 6+ months lately. I think I reached 3400 late Jan/early Feb (car was built Mar 14th) and am still waiting along with lots of others.

It should be right away? My understanding is as soon as the dealer submits the order, it goes to 1100 status.

Still delayed here - though I'm hopeful seeing all the movement lately. My loan approval expired last week so I reapplied today. They're sending me a check this time so I can go straight to the dealer when it comes in. Let's hope it actually comes in the next 60 days (loan approval period)!

I think there are some with cars built in January that are still sitting in the lot. Mine was built 3/14 and nothing yet.

I'll throw in another $500 if it'll get my car on a truck! 😆 Seriously, if they are having trouble finding workers, I'd pay a little more (so the workers make more) to get my car moving.

Nothing yet.. it would be nice if they can retrofit the parking sensors and such before they ship since the cars are just sitting.

I did today - Beans said my car is waiting on a chip. They spoke to the GM dealer business center and that's what they were told.

That is awesome news - there is some hope for us lol 😆
