I know a lot of the Porsche owners that have CCB's and run them at HPDE's swap them for steel and them put them back when they're ready to sell the car.
Hmmmm....I didn't think about the programming aspect. If that's the case, it sounds like CCB for street is the way to go for convenience.

Thanks for the CF1&2 clarification.
Love the CF seatbacks, but I'm taking that money and budgeting for the CF1 package for track functionality.
I may go with the Black wheels and Red calipers. The Bronze don't disappear like the Black, but painted calipers (other than Grey) help a bit.
I was reading some articles that state the CF packages increase downforce in the CT5-V by another 75% but they don't specify if that's CF1 or CF1&2. I know with the CT4-V, CF1 is the one to get. Does this apply to the CT5-V?
Interesting thread. How hard are you guys driving?
I run OEM pads and rotors on my ZLE (same setup as BW) and brake hard and late while driving 8/10's. Barely any rotor wear.
The ZLE is not the same weight, so I'm curious.
For the Blackwing owners that don't have full Suede/Alcantara seats, what are you using to stay in place during high G cornering at HPDE's?
The OEM high performance leather seats on the CT5-V seem supportive but don't hold me in place as well as my ZLE seats. The CT4-V suede seemed a little...
I'm also on Camaro6. Thanks for the review. I'm on stock pads with my '19 ZLE and happy with the HPDE performance up to 8/10's. Just got back from VIR and Watkins.
I'll check out EBC in the Fall.
FWIW I've run SRF for years with multiple cars. I change it every two years on my HPDE cars...
I've seen a few pics on dealer lots with 2023 CT4-V Blackwings that have front splitters and dive planes but I don't see any way to option those without carbon fiber. I know you had an option for the front splitter on the 2022 that was non-carbon fiber and no cost.
When I checked the window...
I'm sure he got his $85k asking price for the 2023 CT5-V Blackwing MT. It had the PDR, black wheels, red seat belts, and some accessories.
MSRP was $95k and it was extremely low mileage.
