Please try this: it also enabled my SuperCruise which wasn't working. (Like it was a glitch) press the traction control button in front of your shifter.. Hold it down for a few seconds after you toggle on and off: that was the trick for me (can't hurt to try.)

I have the same issue... no launch control. Tried seatbelt, next will try a wider longer road. No dog on backseat... ?? Then it goes to the dealer for the Launch control, and the Super Cruise that isn't working either 3800 miles...
