I owned one for a few months before my BW arrived. It was a fun car. Well worth the cost. Quick and handled well. Interior was top notch.
Ours did have a trans leak that took the dealer a few weeks to repair.
Right before we bought it we were told all Hyundai dealers would service the Genesis...
I ask because my local GM dealer lost their Cadillac franchise but they still service Caddies and plenty of C8’s. If the oil is the same then I know they will have it in stock and there is less of a chance for a screw up.
My ZL1 came with that style charger. It worked great. After selling the Z used it on my Denali PU. Now the charger is changing garages and will be connected to the BW as it doesn't get driven as much in colder, wet weather.
Google the Lemon Law for your state to answer your question.
Generally, car has to be at dealers for 30 days and or failure to repair the issue after three times.
Keep detailed records of how long the shop has it, who said what, delays, promises, etc.
Then, if your states Lemon Law requirements are met go for it.

However, when I start it up it will turn a lot of heads because the car is in "My mode" with exhaust wide open.
Appears the market is softening on these cars, doesn't matter if it is an M6 or auto.
Heck, my car isn't for sale but if someone offered me $105K it would find a new home!
