As a wagon lover, I always wanted the RS6 but trying to get one during Covid proved difficult if not impossible. I still want a Blackwing but I’m also really excited to see the G99 M5 Touring when it’s officially unveiled soon.

Though they share the same architecture, the m550 has the N63 engine while the M5 has the S63. I researched this heavily as reliability was one of my main concerns in purchasing a German car with a complex engine. I’m fairly confident that with proper maintenance, my S63 will serve me well...

I’d recommend the M5 as the ultimate daily, Blackwing aside. 🙂 It really is great, bulletproof after 2 years so far (one unscheduled dealer visit), comfortable, fast, 2WD, 4WD it will do it all. My wife has a 2020 F-Pace S (not SVR) and that has been great as well. Just scheduled maintenance so...
