The only place he got his information from is the same place you might have: GM (not an) Authority. While we still don't know the specifics on what's changing, and there could very well be... the sales folk don't know, either.

Once again, my warning is to not listen to the SM instructors when it comes specifically to the engineering and technical aspects of the cars. They don't know what they're talking about. Very clearly. NLS is fine for the engine; GM's lawyers wouldn't have let them put it into the car...
