What is the point of Cadillac support if they can’t answer questions with anything other than “your dealer is the best source for information “. And I’m not taking right now, I’m talking after four months of time to figure it out
in my case it’s not the lack of information from my dealer that drives me to reach out. It’s the information they have given me that makes no sense. My order was accepted and moved to 3000 status in October. On January 17th they reached out to me to tell me the car was on a truck in Chicago...
Today I received a new excuse from the dealer. I have heard almost everything but this one is new to me. I asked the manager of the store to inquire on the situation with the regional rep or someone that may know something. This is his response to me.
“They produced more cars than the...
This is bad. I don’t care about any other company in comparison. Having cars built in January and not delivered by the end of may is pathetic. I haven’t lost interest in the car but I am very irritated by this process. And telling me that my dealer is the best place for information is a joke.
I was told 4300 once by the Cadillac customer support. That was back in February. Now they just tell me 4000 every time. Rob’s tracker has me at 3800 and has had me there since January without any movement

I dont think I would be worried about being frowned upon. Gm has a problem and their communication is non existent. What do they expect to happen? I’m sure everyone is sick of waiting for their car to come. I know I am.
@Absruler I am so glad you received your car. It is just before mine on vin numbers and I was watching yours figuring it would need to be delivered before mine would come. Congratulations and please let us know if your paint was affected by sitting. 👍
I don’t think anyone feels better about the car they ordered sitting in Michigan during the winter and spring. I don’t. I think it’s a mistake by the car manufacturers and the fact that they just use a revolving list of excuses is bad management. I believe the car dealers are affected by this...
They wanted my trade in and wanted to finish the deal back in February. I think they had a buyer for the trade in. But here we are almost in may and no black wing. It’s almost like the dealership is held hostage buy the manufacturer and/or shipper
