I never knew aftermarket paddles were a thing. After a Google search looks like they're between $150 and $380 for CT4/CT5 compatible sets. Very easy to install if you've removed a steering wheel. Looking forward to more first hand reviews with videos.

I've never seen one with low mileage like yours. I hope you get you get your asking price. Not many V8 manuals with decent back seats.

Make sure your logged into your profile in the vehicle, not the app, and using the associated key. If that doesn't work, toggle between the different max settings in the vehicle. If that doesn't work, the software will need to be reinstalled at a GM dealership.
Sounds like a dealer trip if it's still under warranty.
If not or you don't want to go, disconnect the battery for 10 minutes and reconnect.
If it's still an issue, my first thought would be a software issue. Only a dealer can fix.

I haven't personally confirmed, but that sensor should work.
GM states 84977020 for the sensor and 84413358 for the nut. Go this route to be 100% compatible.

It's currently around $22 at Rockauto and should work for your application.

Unfortunately those sites don't take the Carbon Fiber packages and most premium options into account.
Unless you have a sunroof and some lower cost options, forget trade-in.
