go to another dealer. They don’t want to deal with the problem. These transmissions are not consistently manufactured. Most shift great, some shift good and others need replacements. If it’s absolutely refusing to go in, or it grinds to go in then you kinda have to bring it to another dealer.

This knock has been going on for 2k miles. Have you changed the oil yet? If possible, you should do it yourself so you can see what kind of damage was done with an oil analysis. I would imagine it would show up in the bottom of the pan or shimmer in the light.

If it’s not in a visible area use JB weld epoxy. The right way is to remove the spoiler and repair the area where it attaches to. If it’s a non CF splitter then it’s inexpensive to replace but then again without seeing it it could be the bumper is cracked where the splitter attaches
