I believe that is the “regular” one that doesn’t have the inner foam liner to cut down on road noise. That is what the dealer is putting on until the one with foam in it is available. Here is tire rack and how they note the “acoustic technology” on n the fronts. Rear doesn’t show.

Has anyone else ran into a rear tire shortage? Nail in sidewall couldn't be repaired. No rear tires with the foam on the inside. Backordered ETA unknown. Dealer is being great and putting on a tire without the foam and then will swap out when the other one comes in.

I did mine last week and sent a sample off to blackstone labs. A couple of things, I wish the plug was down...man that shot out pretty far. The filter is not too bad but next time I might punch a hole in the bottom of the filter and let it drain. Over all pretty easy on race ramps.

I definitely notice it on my 5. driving into the office when in track it is quite stiff. Even on the freeway it is noticeable to me.

I had this my dealer replaced one of the door hinges and adjusted the others. Went away.

Did you sign paperwork saying the deposit was non-refundable? Have you tried asking the dealer yet? It would seem they could move it and might want to create a good relationship for your next car?
