Would someone tell me how to remove the large, hard plastic part that the trunk latches into? Thanks, Don

Bad day here, I'm having issues pulling those icons up. DonIs this the part?
How did you access the bolts the for the cargo latches? If I pull up the top of the plastic trunk cover I can see the bolt but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to get a socket wrench in there unless I'm missing something.I took mine off last year when I installed the sequential brake/signal lights. I am pretty sure that you must pop off the square black cover where the latch is. You will see a very small notch. Then IIRC you will see some bolts. Also, you must pop off the covers where the cargo latches are for more bolts. Mine were tight as hell and the socket had to be hit with a hammer to break the torque, then you can pop the black long cover off.
I am going by memory from about a year or more ago.
*** Mine is a CT5-V BW but they are probably the same.
Squeeze the sides of the plastic cover and pry off with a small screwdriver or plastic trim tool. The bolt is a T40 torx I think. Then pull panel straight up. Clips hold it at the horizontal back edge. How did you access the bolts the for the cargo latches? Thank you. Your post helped me determine what plastic cover to pop off and yes it is a T40 Torx. I had to give both Torx bolts one heck of a yank to break them loose.Squeeze the sides of the plastic cover and pry off with a small screwdriver or plastic trim tool. The bolt is a T40 torx I think.
