When he said "drinks oil," did he mean "drinks fuel?" Haven't had any oil burn issues on mine after ~3k miles.
Starting at around 20K mi, I've started going from the top of the dipstick to bone dry every 1000mi. That's within GM spec for 'aggressive driving'.

Mine is currently drinking oil. . . :/ But at least the dealer is paying for the oil fill every 1000 miles. sigh.

Sounds like it’s wanting to be a diesel! My GT350 did that, bad enough I got a new motor after only 6 K miles

“I’m speaking for the buyers in this segment. They want to look cool, they want to feel cool. If you don’t care about that sort of thing. If you just want a driver’s car, you just want a rambunctious ridiculous, stick sedan, that boy’s got it.”

Backhanded compliment or not?

lol - I think I get where it's coming from and I think it's a good place. For those of us who watched the old Top Gear, this car gets a 0 on the 'cock-ometer'. I haven't met a single BW owner who bought one just to show off at C&C, for example.

I ironically, I call my car and the V3 before it the, "Cock Magnet". I've never had so many dudes want to talk or compliment my M3 or any other car. It's always dudes. Good thing I'm married because this car would not help a single straight guy (I'm guessing that requires a Porsche or up if you're looking for a gold digger...)

I wouldn’t read into it too much unless these guys are grabbing your ass. And in that case it’s not the car. Pro tip, girls like Jeeps.

That video was a great watch. It's always nice to see a car review where the reviewer is genuinely excited about the car. And I can't think of a single 5BW review where the reviewer isn't grinning ear-to-ear and giggling like a 5 yo. I really need to make my way to Ojai to drive the 33. I went up to Angeles Crest a few months ago and it was amazing. I hadn't quite driven my BW like that before and have since gone out to hit a few different canyon roads throughout CA and I always end up more impressed and more in love with what these cars can do.

Blows my tiny little mind that I can have so much fun in the same car that I (comfortably) drive my wife and kids in to my local Costco.

I hope this Squeeze Benz wannabe gets his license revoked before he totals the poor car.

Love that show, the best automotive show. Stig is the man!

The part where he’s looking for a Blackwing in England, can’t find one, and additionally, the price to import being so high due to the tariffs is mind boggling.

One would think the Europeans would want access to a vehicle like this, but that price is supercar territory.

Gas costs lots more in Europe and they just don’t drive big cars. Gas is also formulated differently and crash tests are different, so it costs a manufacturer quite a bit more to get it certified for sale in Europe. Same for here too though, that’s why Bill Gates and other bought a 959 911 when they came out, and had to wait 25 years to legally license it for every day usage, not just show car usage that limits the miles it can be driven
